13th Year as Best Place to Work

Public Strategies Named One of 2022’s Best Places to Work in Oklahoma – The Company Has Received This Honor 13 Times

Public Strategies is pleased to announce that it was recently selected – for the 13th time – as one of the 2022 Best Places to Work in Oklahoma by The Journal Record in partnership with the Best Companies Group.

Businesses from across the state of Oklahoma entered the two-part survey process to determine Best Places to Work in Oklahoma. This survey identifies, recognizes and honors the best employers in Oklahoma that benefit the state’s economy, workforce and businesses.

“Thirteen isn’t usually considered a lucky number, but to us, earning this title 13 times is more than just good luck,” said Sammye Cravens, Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer at Public Strategies. “It’s a proud moment for us, we are fortunate to have such an exceptional team, without whom this wouldn’t be possible.”

Palma Rossi, an Administrative Specialist for Workforce Development Programs at Public Strategies, said she’d never enjoyed a working environment so pleasant before starting her current job.

“I just feel so blessed to work at Public Strategies and share the programs that we have to offer,” she said. “From the first day I started, everyone has been so helpful … and still to this day, everyone is great! It truly is the Best Place to Work.”

The survey is open to both publicly and privately held as well as for-profit and not-for-profit businesses within Oklahoma who’ve been operating at least one year and have a minimum of 15 employees. This year’s list is made up of 44 companies where leaders have excelled in creating quality workplaces.
