Director of Business Development
Beth Clemens cultivates business and grant opportunities to expand the reach of Public Strategies and the impact of its programs and services. With more than 15 years of experience in communications, management, research, and public policy, Clemens leverages her multidisciplinary expertise to build effective collaborations and advance strategic goals. She is also responsible for spearheading Public Strategies’ proposal efforts, ensuring sound research and strategy, effectual project coordination, and high caliber writing. In addition, Clemens has been instrumental in program design and technical assistance for numerous Public Strategies initiatives.
Previously, Clemens was the Events Manager for the Colorado Health Foundation. She also has substantial experience in public policy and research, including work for the National Conference of State Legislatures and the Office of Legislative Legal Services in Denver, Colorado. Clemens received her bachelor’s degree in Communications from Culver-Stockton College.
