Director of Technology
Chad Gulley comes to Public Strategies with more than 15 years of experience as a Lead Developer, Senior Software Architect, and Chief Technology Officer. His experience building websites and mobile apps as well as software architecture and database design has been a tremendous asset in Public Strategies’ implementation of FastTRAC, a technology platform that serves as a database-supported collaboration portal for the Office of Family Assistance, technical & training assistance providers, and grantees.
His contributions also include a proprietary database that allows personnel to track and monitor a grant through the entire grant cycle and a system for tracking changes within a grant and connecting those data points to technical & training assistance activities. He has also developed a custom content management system and contributed to data visualization dashboards for a performance analysis study.
Previously, Gulley acted as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for ADFITECH, Inc. and Senior Software Architect for Phase 2. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Performance/Composition from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond.
