David Scott is an accomplished leader with diverse experience in Fortune 500 consulting, government, and non-profit program development.

Scott is adept in program management, business process improvement, strategic planning, and resource deployment. He is able to distill large amounts of data to create vision around stated goals and carry initiatives from planning through to successful completion.

Scott previously served as a Senior Manager and Director at the Texas Department of State Health Services in Austin, Texas; Deputy Incident Director at the Texas State Medical Operations Center (SMOC); IV&V Section Manager/Contractor for the U.S. Army Fire Support Software Engineering Center at Fort Sill, Oklahoma; and a Software Developer and Senior Technology and Business Development Consultant at Accenture in Chicago, Illinois.

He has also worked on projects for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and served as a Leadership and Coaching Mentor for the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) Hiroshima Fellowship for Afghanistan, where he coached international fellows on the nuances of strategic planning, systems development, and project management.

Scott is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). He earned an MPAff from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin, MA from the Lozano Long Institute of Latin American Studies at the University of Texas at Austin, and a BS from the University of Notre Dame.
