Since 2010, Thompson has also served as the Executive Director for It’s My Community Initiative (IMCI), a community-based organization in Oklahoma City. He has previously managed large-scale, multi-million-dollar construction and renovation projects throughout the United States, including whole neighborhood rebuilding efforts following Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Ivan, which devastated the Gulf Coast States. Thompson received a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management Engineering Technology with a minor in Political Science from Oklahoma State University. He is responsible for oversight of PS’ direct-to-consumer services designed to assist Oklahomans in achieving self-sufficiency; the firm’s national and state employment and workforce development consulting; and the team’s engagement in community revitalization.
