Toni Faris has more than 25 years of experience providing accounting and compliance services for both privately held and publicly traded corporations. She has contributed to PS’ success over the last 11 years by identifying and monitoring compliance matters for existing programs, new initiatives and corporate requirements. She aligns the company’s contracts, leases, insurance policies and other agreements with the short- and long-term financial and operational goals of PS. Faris has cross-functional responsibilities across multiple disciplines within the company. She works closely with the Business Development division to express project goals in financial terms, with Operations to mitigate risk by managing compliance requirements, and with Accounting to monitor results and optimize the firm’s operational and financial success. She interfaces with clients, partners, auditors and regulators to analyze performance indicators to assess effectiveness of the implementation of business requirements. As a Certified Grants Management Specialist, Faris is professionally equipped to lead the company in complying with guidelines for federal grants. She now also leads Human Resources, maximizing the company’s ability to manage outputs across personnel and funding streams. Faris, a Certified Public Accountant, received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. Her division encompasses coordination of the company’s resources and oversight of PS’ compliance and human resources personnel.
