To ensure that its work is rigorous, relevant and useful across audiences, The Office of Planning, Research and Evaluation (OPRE), Administration for Children and Families, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, contracted with Public Strategies to conduct a comprehensive research dissemination project to identify the most impactful and efficient means for sharing its work.

Public Strategies’ marketing and communications team led this multi-phase project, which included a comprehensive literature review of the evidence of dissemination, a dissemination framework based on that review, an integrated strategic marketing plan to communicate OPRE’s work to target audiences, a branding initiative and logo redesign, market research and analysis of two target audience groups and specific marketing plans to help guide dissemination to those audiences. Each of these activities built upon the knowledge acquired through previous project deliverables to ensure an integrated, effective and research-informed strategy for enhancing OPRE’s dissemination.
