Each spring, the Oklahoma City chapter of the American Marketing Association hosts The Marketinis, an annual Excellence in Marketing competition. The 2018 Marketinis received a record number of entries from many different companies across the state, including three submissions from Public Strategies. Submissions for the competition are evaluated by judges in a different market.
Unlike other competitions, The Marketinis are judged by the outcome of marketing efforts rather than subjective attributes. Public Strategies works to consistently develop marketing communications, programs, and curricula that not only look great, but also raise the bar by creating measurable, positive change for clients and the community.
On Friday, April 20, 2018, Public Strategies was awarded top honors for all three submissions in their respective categories:
- Social Media Campaign
- Work Ready Oklahoma – Big Things Happen campaign
- Single Marketing Tactic
- Grand Casino Continuity Program
- Cause Marketing
- Pops Reading Program
