Molly Peters brings to Public Strategies more than 20 years of experience implementing human resources and business programs and solutions, leading successful rollouts of major reorganizations, partnering with business leaders on long-term strategy, assessing human capital impacts in relationship to workforce planning, succession planning and strategy, and managing change. As Director of Human Resources, she oversees employee relations; talent acquisition, recruiting and onboarding; compliance; benefits; performance management; and executive and leadership coaching and development.

Previously, Peters was the Director of Human Resources at Fowler Holding and the Director of Workforce Planning and Development at OGE Energy Corp. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Science from Southern Nazarene University in Human Resources Management, as well as SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
