Chad Gulley brings more than 20 years of leadership, software, data, and technology experience to his role as Director of Technology.  Gulley offers strong leadership experience with building and running custom software teams. He excels in bridging the gap between complex technology systems while staying focused on the needs of the business. He runs numerous projects that focus on data analytics, data visualization, grant and technical assistance oversight, and mobile applications.

His expertise in software architecture, website technology, and database design allows Public Strategies to provide an array of web-based offerings to suit client marketing, program, operational, and training and technical assistance (TTA) needs. His team skillfully builds user-friendly web-based products and platforms to facilitate seamless TTA engagements, organize and deploy resources, and collect and analyze program data to support data-informed decisions.

Previously, Gulley acted as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for ADFITECH, Inc. and Senior Software Architect for Phase 2. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Performance/Composition from the University of Central Oklahoma.
