For more than 20 years, Britton Buss has been on a professional mission to leave things better than he found them. A natural maximizer, Britton has successfully bridged the communication gap that often exists between technical teams and creative designers. His innovative approach to design allows each organization he serves to put their best foot forward visually and creatively. 

Buss has a master’s degree in instructional technology and supported his alma mater Oklahoma Baptist University as Director of A/V Creative Communications. He soon became Chief Technology Officer for the school, providing vision and leadership for key institutional technology divisions and improving the university technology infrastructure. In 2016, he received the school’s Recognition of Excellence for his work.  

This work—existing at the crosshairs of education and technology—primed him for future roles as President & Chief Production Officer at NextThought as well as Director of NextThought at Public Strategies.
